Bell mobile-TV opponents call it OTT service

Individuals fighting BCE Inc.’s appeal of a CRTC decision on its mobile-TV service in the Federal Court of Appeal have called it an “over-the-top” or OTT service, along the same lines of what Netflix Inc. offers.
