Cogeco could opt for ‘hybrid’ arrangement with new spectrum: Canaccord

An announcement Thursday that Cogeco Inc. has bought more spectrum makes it clear the company is “exploring a viable economic model for a wireless service,” Canaccord Genuity analyst Aravinda Galappatthige said in a Friday note.
