Bell says Quebecor unfairly disadvantages its TV service

BCE Inc. has filed a Part 1 application with the CRTC alleging Quebecor Inc.’s Videotron removed its film and TV show service Super Écran from its premium pack selection, giving its competitor Club Illico a comparative advantage.
