Court pauses decision in Bell v CloudWifi until CRTC decision

The Federal Court of Appeal has decided that it will delay making a decision on whether or not to grant BCE Inc.’s leave to appeal a June CRTC decision giving CloudWifi Inc. access to Bell wiring inside multi-dwelling units.
