Bell appeals CRTC decision in fight over undue preference

A months-long dispute between BCE Inc. and Quebecor Inc. entered yet another phase Friday, as Bell filed for judicial review of the CRTC’s Dec. 19 decision that found Bell gave undue preference to its own French-language sports channel over Quebecor’s own offering, TVA Sports.
