CRTC asks more small telecoms to explain CCTS non-compliance

After several months of attempting to get several smaller telecom service providers to join up to the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services, the CRTC Friday issued a notice that Rafiki Technologies Inc. and SkyNet Data Networks Inc. must explain why they haven’t done so.
