
CNOC argues Cabinet’s wholesale decision has no bearing on court appeal

BCE Inc.‘s submission to the Federal Court of Appeal — in which it argued the federal Cabinet’s decision that the wholesale internet rates set by the CRTC were low enough to stifle network investment “validated” the company’s concerns — is “inappropriate” and should be dismissed, according to the Competitive Network Operators of Canada (CNOC).
