Telesat announces LEOS constellation Lightspeed to launch in 2023

Telesat Holdings Inc. announced today that the company will partner with French-Italian company Thales Alenia Space for the manufacture of post of its low-earth orbit satellite (LEOS) constellation, which it is calling Lightspeed.
