Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault wants work on Bill C-10, the revision of the Broadcasting Act, to “resume as quickly as possible,” but the Conservative Party might stall the clause-by-clause amendments after Minister of Justice David Lametti declined to testify before the House of Commons Heritage Committee Friday.
