
CIK Telecom suspending investments following CRTC wholesale rates decision

Independent internet service provider (ISP) CIK Telecom announced Friday that it would dial back a planned $300 million fibre network development, blaming the CRTC’s decision to revert wholesale internet access rates to 2016 levels.
