

PIAC says CRTC’s Internet Code has “no real protections,” CCTS research shows uptick in complaints

The Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) said that the CRTC’s Internet Code provides consumers with a false sense of protection after a new report found there were only 18 violations under the code this year with nearly 13,000 complaints.
