

Scott says CRTC will never regulate user-generated content under current Bill C-11

The CRTC is generally supportive of Bill C-11, the revised broadcasting act, and does not have the authority to regulate user-generated content, according to remarks chair Ian Scott made last week in a speech to students at Ryerson University.
