Site-blocking can be used for online harms legislation: Rogers

Rogers Communications Inc. believes that the site-blocking remedy the company – along with BCE Inc. and Quebecor Inc. – won through the federal courts in recent months can be used in the future application of the government’s planned legislation aimed at combating online harms.
