Supreme Court refuses to hear Iristel appeal

The Supreme Court of Canada on Thursday dismissed an appeal in the case of Iristel Inc. v. Telus Communications Inc., Rogers Communications Inc. and the Public Interest Advocacy Centre. Costs were awarded to Telus and Rogers.
