CRTC dismisses Bell undue preference complaint against Quebecor; orders the companies to play nice

In its first notable broadcasting decision under new chair Vicky Eatrides, the CRTC has dismissed a BCE Inc. undue preference complaint against Quebecor Inc. over the distribution of two services, VRAK and Z, and “encourages the parties to continue to work towards a resolution.”
