Bell catches copper thief red-handed, sues for damages

Three BCE Inc. subsidiaries are suing a man and his co-conspirators for stealing copper wire from seven tower sites in Ontario. On Apr. 5, Bell Canada, Bell Mobility and Northern Telephone filed a claim in Ontario Superior Court against Sylvain Fleury and unnamed accomplices for the thefts.
