

ISED tops up Universal Broadband Fund in Labrador Indigenous project

The Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development has added a further $10.3 million in funding for internet rollout in several Indigenous communities in Newfoundland and Labrador, it was announced Tuesday. Back in March the ministry allocated $22 million for the project through the Universal Broadband Fund (UBF).
