Montreal radio station gets short term renewal over non-compliance

Once again the CRTC has decided to issue a short term renewal licence to a broadcaster over non-compliance with commission rules. In this case, the culprit is Radio communautaire francophone de Montréal inc., which operates CIBL-FM in Quebec’s largest city.
