Bell still opposed to Rogers’ application seeking changes to BNS services

BCE Inc. has responded to a commission staff letter regarding Rogers Communications Inc.’s 2019 Part 1 Application concerning Bell’s Billed Number Screening (BNS) database services charged to wireless service providers (WSPs) and wireless competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs). Bell opposes Rogers’ proposed modifications to the current collect call regime.
