

Court denies stay in Bell vs CRTC case

The Federal Court of Appeal has dismissed BCE Inc.’s motion for a stay against the CRTC’s decision to mandate access to fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) facilities over aggregated wholesale high-speed access (HSA) services but will still hear the incumbent’s challenge in court.
