Neighbourhood Connect escalates dispute with Bethlehem Housing over MDU access

Neighbourhood Connect (NHC), operating under 2621159 Ontario Inc. DBA Neighbourhood Connect, has lodged an application with the CRTC seeking relief in accessing multi-dwelling units (MDUs) owned by Bethlehem Housing.
