Quebecor Inc.’s flanker wireless brand Fizz has completed the beta testing of its services in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia. On Wednesday, the company announced it is now rolling out coverage in the four provinces. It already provides service in its home province of Quebec.
