Class action suit against SiriusXM announced following Competition Bureau fine

A Toronto law firm is launching a class action suit against SiriusXM Radio Canada Inc. and SiriusXM Canada Holdings Inc. over its pricing arrangements. The company has already been fined $3.3 million by the Competition Bureau for misleading advertising on prices.
